Neal was the CEO of Bronfman Rothschild, an $6.5 billion RIA which he sold to NFP in 2019. Previously, Neal had been the CEO of Highline Wealth Management, a company he founded in 2002 and sold to BR in 2015. The businesses grew every year during Neal’s 17-year tenure as CEO.
Prior to creating Highline, Neal served as the leader of three other businesses: He was President of The Meltzer Group, Chairman and CEO of USLaw, and Chief Operating Officer for William Kent International, Inc..
Neal is a political activist who ran in 2018 as an independent to represent Maryland in the U.S. Senate. He lost the election after polling as high as 18 percent. still finishing better than any unaffiliated candidate in the country. Neal serves on the boards of Unite America and Bipartisan Policy Center. He is also actively involved in community service, including serving as the Chairman of the Board of the Greater Washington Community Foundation.
Neal holds a B.A. Magna Cum Laude from Brown University, in Applied Mathematics and Economics, and an M.B.A. with high honors from the University of Chicago’s Graduate School of Business. He lives in Potomac, MD with his wife, Jennifer and their three children.
